Properties

  • High adhesion, steady
  • Impermeable to water
  • Frost-thaw-salt-resistant acc. to EN 13687-1
  • Thermal compatibility thunder shower acc. to EN 13687-2
  • Resistant to temperature changes (50 cycles, - 25 °C till + 55 °C)
  • Solvent-free (acc. to IBH recommendation for solvent-free EP coatings)
  • Water hazardous class: 2
  • Certificated acc. to EN 1504-2
  • Certificated as adhesive for structural bonding acc. to EN 1504-4

Applications

  • Adhesive mortar for sructural bonding acc. to EN 1504-4 for bonded mortar or concrete, principle 4, procedure 4.4
  • Adhesive mortar for concrete units, natural stones, steel, synthetic materials (possibly primer needed!), wood and ceramic units
  • Repair of broken or damaged concrete units and levelling out of uneven surfaces
  • Filling of cavities and smoothing of concrete surfaces
  • Joint repair
